Rabat the capital was ranked at second place by CNN in its “Top Travel Destinations of 2013”, and the medina of Rabat is listed as a World Heritage Site.
It is the seventh largest cityis in the country and the is located on the Atlantic Ocean, alongside river Boy Regreg. Rabat is not full of touristic attractions, but there is still much to see. The amazing Andalusian Garden, the 44 m height Tour Hassan Minaret with the Mausoleum of Mohammed V., or the cosy blue and white streets inside Kasbah of the Udayas. Beside these, you can try wave surfing on the beach, wandering in the huge souk, or try traditional food.
